Hi Terry,
Our family stories seem quite similar - I have a James Dive born abt. 1826 in Kiolmacrenan son of Samuel & Elizabeth. He married in 1857 and came to Picton, Ontario in 1862.
I would be interested in exchanging information to get a clearer picture. One of James' son's married a girl from Bruce Co.
