I found an Edward Devers, b. Sept 28, 1898 to Edward C. Devers (a laborer) of Allentown and Elizabeth (Lizzie) Dollar of Catasaqua (PA). They resided at 429 Ridge Ave, Allentown, Lehigh Co, PA in 1898.

I found your post interesting because of the names Cecelia, John (Owen) & William which appear in my own Dever(s) line of the family. I have been attempting to find a record of Francis Dever (my ggf) b. 1840 in Co Donegal. Please let me know if you have anything further, or if you are interested in more of my info.
