Hello!

I don't think this will help you, but an interesting coincidence. My Grandfather was Plin Briton (Britton?) Dever, and had four sons (one was my father Paul). Two of the others were John Walter and Hiram Wesley. Maybe the John and Wesley were family names? I don't really have other information other than Plin was born in 1878 in Washington County, PA. Family history has it that we came from France, name shortened from Devereaux. But perhaps we came from Ireland instead? Good luck with your search!!
