I'm glad if I was able to help in any way, Marsha. I hope your grandson is doing well. I must say, when Tim's diagnosis came down, I was floored. His "Asperger's Syndrome" seemed, to me, to be perfectly normal- that is, he was very much like me, so I didn't see anything odd about it. I suppose that when you've never seen neurotypical in your own family, atypical looks normal. I've reluctantly accepted that we're not quite like everyone else- and I find that I'm okay with that.

And just to be topical here, I'll post my lines. Perhaps your Devers tie into mine? My greatgrandfather was Otis Lee Dever, b. September 18, 1888 Larue County KY to James R. Deaver and Mary "Sudie" Hall. JR was born April 11, 1859 in Larue County, KY to James Devers and Mary Jane Braden. James senior was born abt 1823, probably in Hardin County, KY, to Stephen Dever and Eunis (or Eunice) Atherton. Stephen was the son of Henry Deaver (b. Abt 1745 in Pennsylvania) and Elizabeth Miles.
