Peyton DeVaughn 1851-1911 was my great grandfather, he married Annie Eliza Lusby 1848-1927. Their children, as my mother recalls, were Minnie DeVaughn - she married a Lyles and is buried at Bells Church in Camp Springs Maryland, Willie DeVaughn who married Goldie Day, and William Oliver DeVaughn, who married Eva Ridgeway (my grandmother) - they are both buried at St. Barnabas Church in Oxon Hill, MD.
