From the book,MARYLAND MILITIA IN THE WAR OF 1812, Vol. 6, Prince George's County p 42,
Ann Eliza DeVaughn, res Balto, applied as a legal heir of John Noble Lusby, for a pension from his service in the War of 1812. The extract in this book is very confusing but Ann's mother maybe was Mary Ellen Goodard. Also mentioned as children of John were Elizabeth and George W. It also seems that Ann Eliza lived in DC at 1225 10th St, SE at one time or another. It would definitely be worth getting the full pension record.
