Hi. I am 19 years old and I need help finding information about Carl Linton DeVaughn. I was told some years back by members of my father's family that I am a descendant of Carl and that he had a son, my great-grandfather, by an African American woman, last name Walker. I have so far been unsuccessful finding much information on Carl or my great-grandfather. His name is Willie James. My grandfather is named Morris James. I am really interested in getting the facts and verifying this information. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
