I hope it's not too late to post a reply to your message. I have looked through this forum a dozen times, and undoubtedly read your posting as many times, but none of the names you have listed rang any bells until now. I recently received a copy of my great-grandfather's death certificate. His name was Michael Devaney and his wife was Ellen Turner Tucker. Listed as his parents were P. Devaney and Bridget Rourke (or Roushe). The handwriting was a little difficult to read. I really believe that they are the Peter Devanny and Bridget Rourke that you have listed. I would love to hear from you and learn whatever you can tell me about them.
