I have relatives still residing in Sligo too.
My Grandfather's name was Patrick John (Jack in NYC) Devaney. He had an brother William who went to Canada in the late 1800 hundres or early 1900's, but, that part of the family has been lost. My grandfather had a younger sister, Bridget, who married in Sligo, and they still own the family farm. They came from a town called Ballintauh, County Sligo. I'm not sure of the spelling. Does this infor mesh with your family line?
