She was my great grandmother who probably died of diabetes between 1900 and 1910. She was married to Frank Mitchell and had four surviving children - Mary Catherine(Maimie - deceased 1960), Nellie(Ellen)(deceased), Mabel Loretta (my grandmother who died in 1960) and James (deceased). They lived in Fall River, Mass. My grandmother, Mabel, worked in the King Phillip Mill in Fall River. After the death of Bridget, Frank left the children in the care of the eldest- Maimie and presumably moved back to England where he subsequently married. My grandmother married, an Italian immigrant - Joseph Melone sometime in 1918 or 1919. Mabel and Joseph lived in Boston, Brooklyn and Bayside, New York. They had three children - Mary Bridget 1919, Adeline 1921 and Sonny 1923. I would like to know how to go back further than bridget - see where she came from etc. and find out what I can about Frank Mitchell. Thank you.
