Sorry, he did not have a brother named Jacob. However in the area of France where George Deutsch lived there were many branches of the same Deutsch family scattered throughout many of the nearby villages and towns. I do have a fairly complete listing of the various branches of the family during the earliest times they were recorded in the churchbooks however do not have lists of those born after 1793 with the exception of one or two towns. Do you have any further information on your Jacob Deutsch such as parents names, name of town he lived in or was born in, or perhaps other names associated to or related to him?
