Greetings from Indianapolis.
I have somewhat of a dilema: The LDS records show that both Samuel (5/24/1668) and Ulrich (5/4/1676) married Susanna Dudli; they were brothers. I have found the following: "Uli Daetwyler, because of pre-marital pregnancy of Susanna Dudli, before the choir court (Chorgericht) in Schoftland in the year 1698"; this was a "morals court". I can't ascertain whether it was Uli or Susanna that was brought before the court.
1) Do any of you know "for sure" which brother married Susanna? Or, did both of them marry her at different times?
2) Do any of you know anything more about this Chorgericht and which one, Uli or Susanna, or both, was brought before the court?
