You might want to check Fairfax Co., Virginia. I have just purchased a book about Clifton, Virginia, for a friend whose mother was a Detwiler and grew up in that town. Her grandfather had brought the family down from Chester Co., PA. The sister of my friend has a book on the Detwiler family and I have seen it in several genealogy libraries.
