In a Book of Histories of Montg Co, Pa, there is a reference to Martin Detweiler who served in the Rev War. His brothers served with different Co. and there some of the names were "MIS-spelled as Tutwiler, Deadwiler,Dudweiler, I have never seen Lewiler as one that connects. I know some of the Martin Detwiler brothers never changed the name back.A s with all old names, they are often spelled "by ear". janei
