Detwilers of Lancaster/York Cos., PA

I'm looking for information on the Detwilers who settled in the vicinity of Columbia and Wrightsville, PA. The earliest settler was apparently Joseph. Here's the information I have:

(From History of Lancaster County, Klein, 1924, v. III, p. 131): The Detwilers of this branch trace descent from the Swiss family Datwyler, a family which is traced back to the year 1608, in the town of Langenbruck, Canton of Basle, Switzerland. The founder in Pennsylvania, Joseph Detwiler, with others of his family, came to Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, making settlement below Safe Harbor, on Octararo Creek. Later he moved to a home on the banks of the Susquehanna, below Harrisburg.
