Will - March 19 1794 Fermanagh Twp., Miffllin County, PA.
Will book 1 pgs. 56 &57.

In the name of God, Amen, I Samuel Ditterline, of Thompsonburgh, in the Township of Fermanagh, County of Mifflin, and State of Pennsylvania, being weak in body but of sound mind and memory, Blessed be God, therefore, do this nineteenth Day of March, Anno Domini, One Thousand seven hundred and ninety four, make & publish this my last Will and Testament, in manner & form following, that is to say, ?, I give & devise to my Brother William Ditterline, his Heirs and Assigns, forever, my house and lot of ground in Thompsonburgh, afsd (aforesaid), to his, and their proper use and behoof, with all of singular the Rights, Appurtenances and Hereditaments whatsoever there unto belonging or appertaining, Item I give and bequeath to my Sister Ann Baum, all my late wife's wearing Apparel, according her desire before her decease, Item I give to my Brother Robert Ditterline all my own wearing Apparel and I so make, constitute and ordain my loving Brother William Ditterline, afsd (aforesaid) to be my sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament and to recover my outstanding Debts and to pay all lawful Debts I owe, In witness whereof, I said Samuel Ditterline, have to this my last Will and Testament, set my Hand and Seal, the Day of Year above written ----

Be it remembered, that on the twenty sixth Day of April Anno Domini, One Thousand seven hundred & ninety four the last Will and Testament of Samuel Ditterline, Deceased was legally proved, of which the foregoing Record is a true copy, and letters Testimentary with a copy of the Will thereunto ?, issued to William Ditterline, Exrt. In the said Will mentioned, Inventory and Accounts to be rendered and exhibited into the Register's office at Lewistown agreeable to Law. --------
