I am looking for information on John and George Detrick. They are brothers who we believe fought in the civil war. John is buried in NewBern National Cemetery, NewBern, North Carolina and George we think is buried in Ohio or Maryland. John married Maria Hosler and had four children: William, Mary, Sarah, and Celia. We can't find anything about them after John died in 1861. John and George were both born in Germany and came to America between 1835-1840. They finally moved to Marshall Illinois where their parents are buried. Any help would be much appreciated.
