others researching John L.P. Deitrich. He was
born Dec 25, 1834-1836 St. Thomas township, Franklin County, PA and died June 1894 in
Altoonah, Blair Co. PA. He married (2)
Margaret Ann Harkness who was born Nov 31,
1837 d/o Henry and Catherine Harkness. John
and Margaret had 3 children.
Can anyone tell me who his first wife was?
They had a daughter, Maria Z., who married a
Mr. Ryder and at the time of her father's
death was living in Chambersburg, Franklin
Co. PA. I am especially interested in knowing more about Maria.
