Paul Deflefsen "Red Caboose"

After the death of my grandparents 4 years ago, we found this "Red Caboose" in her attic. It is a 24 x 30. It has Paul Deflefsen on the bottom right corner. The "P" and "D" are in red letters and the other letters are in green. It has a brown frame with a gold trim. The back of the picture has a paper covering with a stamp that reads "Pattern No. 2056", it also reads the size "24 x 30" and has "Order No. 925" (the 925 is in handwriting). This stamp also reads "Inspected by 3202" and date "1-5". I would appreciate any insight into this picture. It now hangs in my son's room. Thanks so much.

Jennifer
