Hi, I posted this as a response to another message, but am posting here just in case people miss it.
First, I'd be happy to look up anything in the Chicago area for anyone who needs it in return for information (or otherwise, assuming it is not too difficult to get to).
Second, my family descends as follows: Lewis and Maria Anna Louisa DETALENTE (b. France, d. Gallia, OH) to Mary (sister of Hippolyte, Alexander, Jane, and Augustus, among others) DETALENTE (b. abt 1820 in Gallia, OH), m. William DAVIS (b. abt. 1815 in PA, OH, or VA) to Bessie DAVIS (b. Pike Co., OH, 1891). The family moved to Lincoln Co., WA in the 1890s (the next child after Bessie was born in WA), and Bessie was married in Garfield Co, WA and then moved with her husband to Sedro-Wooley. Detillions were in Lincoln Co., Wa during the same time period, as well as Stephens Co., and Douglas Co. [I have some additional knowledge about these people and photos of Bessie's family and her husband's).
Anyone else have knowledge about these people?
