Desrosiers Dead End???

My ggrandfather was named Theophile Desrosiers who married an Emelie Clement in Manchester, NH in 1888. There is no record as to where Theophile or his brother named George came from. On their death and marriage certificates they are listed only as being from Canada. Their father is recorded as Louis Desrosiers and Julie or (Lu) Cournouyer. My expectation from the records found is that Theophile (aka Louis) was born about 1856. George born about 1854,

I've checked Blue Drouin records and can find nothing. The only possibility is a Louis Deguire-Desrosier who married a Luce Cournouyer at St. Michel - Yamaska, in 1846. Any body out there help me. PLEASE!

When looking at his two children's baptismal records the godparents were from the maternal line (Clement's).

Thank you
Fr. Denis
