Hi William, thank you for responding to my post. Below is the new information for Antoine Desrosiers as recorded in the Fichier Origine book. Incase it does not show up properly, I have included their web address.
It apprears that Antoine was baptized on 30 Aug 1620 and the notes say that he was born on 14 Apr 1617. I am not sure where you got that this couple was married in Champlain. That is where they died but all their children were born in Trois Rivières, St. Maurice, QC. According to the document that Notary Ameau wrote on 15 Aug 1691 (after Antoine died) Antoine and Ann were married in Trois Rivière. That contract was by Notary Flour Bonjonnier. Some of the confusion comes from the fact that Antoine’s parents were not mentioned in their marriage contract. Janet

Remarques L'acte de baptême de 1620, qui pourrait être celui du pionnier, a été découvert par Nicole Morel-Desrosiers et Jean-Pierre Morel en 2007. Acte incertain et non filiatif en raison de l'absence des noms de ses parents à son contrat de mariage en Nouvelle-France. L'acte du du 14-04-1617 cité par Ferdinand Desrosiers serait celui d'un certain Antoine Denise fils d'Antoine et de Philippex. Le contrat de mariage du migrant est cité dans un acte du notaire Ameau daté du 15-08-1691.
