Have discovered on copy of the "Second Papers" that they were filed in Pembina Cty., ND and original papers were filed in Polk Cty., Minn.. Someone suggested that the Desrosiers ancestor may have followed a priest west from Montreal. Does anyone have Desrosiers ancestors who resided in Minnesota prior to the settlement of North Dakota? Early 1870's-1880's.
