To answer your question in a word, no. Desrosiers is not an alternative spelling for Desroches.

Your ancestor Angèle Patoine married Laurent Genest on Oct. 9, 1820, in St-Gervais (district of Bellechasse, Quebec), and then Jean Godbout on Jan. 12, 1824, same location.

Jean was the son of Jean Godbout and Marguerite Chine, while Angèle's parents were Joseph Patoine and Marguerite Nadeau.

I don't know where the name Patoine comes from. I've seen it spelt Patoil, Patoile and Patwin. And I can't confirm it, but the first ancestor with that name in Canada, Jean-Nicolas Patoile dit Desrosiers, came from Paris, France, and married in Quebec City in 1723.
