I have come across this site trying to help my father, Emile J. DesRoches(84) trace our family tree back to Normandy, France. He is going to France in the next month and was hoping to make some connection with distant relatives. He has a very detailed Family tree with dates back to around 1690 in Normandy and there it stops. I believe the line is from Normandy to Tinguish PEI, to Rogersville, Quebec, Montreal, Mass, New York, and Indianapolis, Indiana where we Live.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
