Looking for James DeSpain...
Posted by: Anne Shisko (ID *****9827) Date: April 05, 2009 at 11:55:01

My dad recently went through my late grandfather's things and mysteriously found a number of important documents for James Leroy DeSpain, born 1930 in Los Angeles to W.C. DeSpain, and his son, James Garth DeSpain, born 1952 in Richmond, CA, mother Catherine Beulah. We have no clue why my grandpa had these papers-- perhaps he was in the military with James Leroy. I'm from Long Beach, CA, and Long Beach seems to be the only obvious connection between my grandpa and James Leroy. Does anyone have any information on these DeSpains? I'd love to return these documents to their relatives. If you think it would help, I can provide more information with respect to these documents. I am pretty positive that I am not related to them.

Thanks!
