Joseph and Catherine had a Son named Thomas B DeSoto who was born Jan 17th 1879 in NY.

My late grandmother, Roslyn DeSoto Folk (dauther of Thomas B) used to tell me stories when I was a child about Hernando DeSoto. Stories might be made up, or unfounded, but I'd like to know either way :)

If anyone has any info on my Great Great Grandfather....please let Lisa and I know (Lisa posted above, is my wife).
