Looking for info re Humphrey DESMOND b. ca 1858 County Cork? Parents were John and Catherine TOOMEY. Possible siblings were Mary b. 1858, Johanna b. 1865. Humphrey immigrated to USA in May 1881. He married Honora CAHILL on Nov. 30, 1886 at St. Michael's RC Church, Jersey City, NJ.

Children: John Thomas b. 1888; Margaret b. 1890; Humphrey John b. 1892; Catherine b. 1894; Hanora b. 1897; William Joseph b. 1899; and Mary Ellen b. 1902. All but first child was baptized at St. Lucy's in Jersey City. Family lived in Jersey City and Hoboken (Hudson Cty.) NJ.

Trying to find townland, parish to research and extend family lines. Any and all help greatly appreciated.
