Hello Mike, my name is Teresa Walsh, nee Desmond, from Ballycatten, Timoleague. My father was Patrick Desmond and my mother Mary O' Leary. We are currently the only Desmonds near or around Timoleague. My father's was born in 1921 and his siblings names were Kitty, Norah, Eileen, Jack, Mary and Dan. His mother was Ellen. His father was Jack Desmond. I will find out more and come back to you shortly.
