Schull ancestors

My maternal grandmother's grandparents all lived in or around Schull. My gr gr grandfather Patrick Desmond was born in 1916 in Ireland...Schull more than likely. He married Elizabeth (Liza) McDonald, born 1821, in New Brunswick in 1846. Their daughter Catherine (Kate) Desmond, born 1850 in New Brunswick, married Wm Fitzgerald, born 1842 New Brunswick, whose parents were Patrick Fitzgerald, born 1809 Schull, and Catherine (Kate) Driscoll, born 1812 Schull. This Patrick's parents were Wm Fitzgerald and Ann Harrigan/Horrigan. Ann Harrigan's father was, as the story goes, John O'Brien who played the organ in the church in Skibbereen. He became known as "Organ" O'Brien, which turned into Horgan/Horrigan then Harrigan.
Any earlier info on these lines will be appreciated.

McDonald
Fitzgerald
Driscoll
