Mike, Have you come across a Honora Desmond of MA. in your research? I am looking for info on a Honora Desmond of MA. who was b abt. 1830 in Ireland & was married to a Denis McCarty, b abt 1813 in Ireland. I got this info from the 1870 Eau Claire WI census & from one of their son's death cert. a James McCarty who was b abt. 1865-7 in Canada & died 2-16-1941 in Eau Claire WI. I think she was Denis's 2nd wife. There are 7 children all together, tho don't know how many were hers & his. Does any of this sound familiar to you? Thank you.. Teri Anderson..
