Hello Nita and Philip. Yes Amab and Amable are the same. Yes ther is a dit name for Cailloux. First, I believe that Cailloux is a variation for Caillot. If this is ok then there are Caillot dit Lachance (and a few dit Luchond). There are quite a few by those names in Vincennes, Kaskaskias and Prairie-du-Rocher.
