Glitz, this is what I have for children of Daniel M. Deskin and Mary A. Gibson.

1. Sarah Deskin, b ca 1832
2. Elizabeth Deskin, b ca 1833
3. John Wesley Deskin, b ca 1834; d ca 1862; married Nancy Ellen Heavin, 29 Jul 1858,
Phelps Co, MO. (This is my gr-grandfather)
4. George Washington Deskin, b ca 1836;
married Melvina Evalina Spradling
5. Nancy Byrd Deskin, b 9 Jun 1838; d 1919 TX
married J.W.P. Brookshire
6. Margret Deskin, b ca 1840
7. Martha Deskin, b ca 1842
8. James Deskin, b ca 1844

Source: 1850 Hancock Co, AL census.
All children believed born in Walker Co, AL,
area changed to Hancock Co, bef 1850 census.

The way the ages are spaced, I doubt there were any other children.
