Estate of Lewis A Deskin, dec'd.
HONORE DEJEAN and VALIERE ROY, of the
Parish of St. Landry, Administrators of the
Estate of LEWIS A, DESKIN, deceased, ate of
the aforesaid parish having filed a final Tableau
of Settlement of the Estate, accompanied
by a petition praying that the same maybe
homologated; --And whereas the prayer of said
petition has been granted by an order of Court,
dated 15 October, 1858.
Therefore, notice is hereby given to all
interested, to make opposition in writing; in my
office, if any they have, within thirty days from
the date hereof, why said Tableau should not be
homologated, that the Administrators be discharged
from all further liability as such, and that their
bond be cancelled.
