Sullivan/deshazo in AR- Cherokee indian?

My great-grandmother's name was Nancy Elizabeth Sullivan. Her parents were Thomas Sullivan and Mary Deshazo.
From what I understand, the Deshazo line is French and comes from VA, but my ggrandmother is believed to have been full-blooded cherokee. Does anyone know where her line may have come from?
