Did you know the name DeShane is of Anglo pronounciatio of Deschenes. Joseph DeShane and Joseph Marie Mainville Deschenes. infact were both born on Jan.6,1797 at Yamachiche, Quebec,and died about 1850 at Hastings co., Belleville Ontario Can. He is the son of Jean Mainville Deschenes and Suzanne Vertrville. Married 1788 at Trios-Rivere,Quebec. Son of Jean Bernard Minville Deschenes and Marie Minville.
