Sinclair Capers DesChamps, father of William Wayne DesChamps, Sinclair Capers DesChamps 2, Levant DesChamps, Bathsheba DesChamps, and Elizabeth Trezevant DesChamps was my 2nd Great Grandfather. He was a blacksmith and Carriage maker and is buried in Buggy Hills Cemetery near Mansfield Arkansas He was murdered by William Henley. His wife, Mary C.B. DesChamps lived afterwards with their 2ns son, Sinclair Capers DesChamps. S. C. DesChamps, (1) was born in Sumter, S. C., the 2nd son of Lewis Miles DesChamps and Elizabeth Trezevant Wayne Elliott DesChamps. Further info including dates of birth, marriage, death available
