Dear Jay--You have certainly solved my Chriatmas Gift research with your great report on the Desautels of Winooski. What a great lineage for my granddaughter! On my side she is a Mayflower and earliest Virginia Descendant, How can she miss!!!
You say Daniel RAYMOND Vansleet. It is listed as Bramanor Daniel B.in the Burlington Free Press three times between 1956 and 1984, and there is a family by that name that I am trying to connect to Vanslettet, but of course that is not your primary Desautel concorn--for which I am very greatful. Thank you so very much from all of us.
Do you want complete information on all of the descendants?
Lila Vansslette O'Keefe is still living in Burlington, but is not in great health. She is the other grandmother of our granddaughter Lynn Marie Futtere, daughter of Cynthia O'Keefe and my son Matthew Futtere.
Cynthia has two sisters, Laurie who is married to Michael rearson of Oklahoma City, and Peggy who is married to Bob Fisk of Milton.
The grandchildren are Michael and Kristie Lynn Reardon, Casey Lee Fisk, and Lynn Marie Futtere.
Cynthia and Matt Futtere have lived in Vermont, Milan, Italy, California, North Carolina and now Williamson Co.Texas where my husband Gerald King and I also reside.
If there is anything I can add to your collection, please let mw know.
I haaaavve a picture of Theresa Desautels and Cynthia bears a striking resemblance to her. I will find out if they have family pictures that you mention. It is great that you have collected all of this.Pat King
