Thanks for getting back to me. My husbands side of the family is so difficult to get anywhere with. I'm going to the Library in Syracuse,NY tomorrow, they have a fantastic genealogy research dept. My side of the family with my mom Shortsleeve/Courtemanche goes back to 1814 France and my dad Rowsey back to 1544 Canterbury, England. I'll keep on til something breaks....Marilyn Dirk
