I would love to exchange information with anyone interested in this branch of the DERRICK family. I don't have any photographs of my DERRICK ancestors and would love to receive some computer images if possible. I'm just getting started on my research, but I have already found one other direct line cousin who lives in England. I'm sure she would also be happy to hear from other researchers on this branch of the DERRICK family too. My DERRICKs settled in the Spokane, WA area. My great grandfather was Albert Morrison Derrick brother of George Washington "Wash" Derrick. Other siblings were: William Henry "Bill", Jane, Melissa "Lizzie", Mahalia "Hallie", John C., Artie, Florence "Ellen", Bertha, and Oscar DERRICK.
Their father was the notorious William Derrick (quite a story here!), son of Andrew Derrick (born December 28, 1798) in Hawkins County, East Tennessee. If you have a connection here, I'd love to hear from you. -
