Searching for the ancestors of George Derrick b. 24Aug1792, Northumberland County; died 2Mar1868, married Catharine Magdaline Troutman 1793-1865, buried Eby's Cemetery in Perry County. One of their ten children was Catharine Derrick b. 15Sep1820; died 2Dec1863 in Greenwood Township, Perry County, she married Jonathan Wert (1814-1909)Greenwood Township, and they had 11 children. George and Catharine Derrick had in addition to Catharine, nine other children 1811-32 time period: Elizabeth b. 1811; August b. 1813; Maria b. 1815; Benjamin b. 1817; John; Henry b. 1823; George b. 1827; Thomas b. 1829, and Peter Derrick b. 1832.
