You have them mixed up. They never were in The County you mentioned. They came
from St-Cuthbert directly to Mackinac Island, where Cuthbert was a Carpenter at Fort
Holmes & his Brother-in-Law--Charles Louiseau was a Wagonmaker. They came to
Mackinac Island with their first two children who were born in Quebec. Elmire & Joseph.
Cuthbert Lafreniere-Desrosiers & Anathale Loiseau were married 25, July 1843 at St-Cuthbert.
His Parents were : Claude Lafrenier-Desrosiers & Veronique Dacier.
Her Parents were Charles Loiseau & Genevieve Duteau-Vilandre.
They came to the Island in the Fall of 1850. They had Louis John, Charles Cuthbert,
Marie Olivine & Cuthbert "Napoleon" at Mackinac Island. They were Bpt at Sy-Anne's
Church. Jane Matilda & William were born in Duncan Twp, Cheboygan, MI & Bpt at
St-Mary's Church here. I go to this Church.
