Stan McKay found a biography on Neander's son Robert that may be of interest to descendant researchers. In 1901, Robert married Marie Vergini Trueheart of Toronto. ..In May, 1905, they moved to Lashburn and bought section 27-48-25 W3rd, jointly with Ben Jones, which was later owned by Mr. Bruce. ..The DePriests had six children, a girl Lee, who died at the age of one year; a boy, Bourget, then a girl, Loyse, the twins, Robert and Esther and then Dwight. ..They left the Lashburn area in 1917 and moved to Chicago, Ill. ..Mr. DePriest belonged to the Grain Growers and the school board. He was musically inclined and liked to entertain.
