I am descended from John Fitts and Jenny DePriest's son, Tandy W. Fitts who married Siscily Edwards 22 Aug 1838 in Elbert County GA. Their third child Jenny Ann Fitts was my great grandmother. She married John C. Owen. Their first child, William Lee Owen born 21 Jan 1868 moved to Shelby County TX about 1900. I would like to share Fitts and Elbert/Madison county information.
