Please excuse my "beginners" confusion, but in your message you state that Samuel, b.c1730 came from the Shenandoah Valley in VA or from Charleston, SC (so far impossible to prove) and that his wife was Elizabeth. The info I found on the Denton Family Geneology Page lists his wife as Margaret Moore and that he was b in 1734 in Orange Co. NY and died in the Pendleton Dist. in SC. Could you clear this up for me?
My line goes from "Marrying Sam" to Madison to Larkin to Lawrence to my grandfather, Guy T.Denton, Sr. M.D. Do you have any info about them?
