I am seeking the ancestry of Eli Denton, who was b. 9 Jul 1820, in NC. He m. 19 Feb 1846, prob in Union Par, LA, Mary Ann Puckett. Children, all b. in Union Par, LA were: Joseph Hillard, b 26 Dec 1846; Ozilla Jane, 15 Jun 1848; Louisa Jane, 28 Feb 1850; Mary Isabella, 24 Aug 1852; Madison Eli, 28 Dec 1854; Nancy Lavenia, 4 May 1857; John Henry, 10 Sep 1859; Hannah Eugenia, 25 Jan 1862; Alice Isadora, 27 Apr 1867; Henry Ruffin, 5 Mar 1870; Marshall Boykin, 3 Nov 1872. Eli d. 11 Sep 1896 in Union Parish.

I would like to contact anyone having information either on his ancestors or on his descendants.
