Considering the strife of 1861-1865 you may be looking at Rebecca and Louisa possibly remarrying.

More than likely William and C. Milton may have served during the war and were immediate casualties or perhaps they died later of wounds before 1870.

Looking at the household they were in and comparing the residence in 1850 and 1870 the other households had changes as well.

Since Maryland is so tight with their data you may want to contact website managers for counties and state to see if there are any volunteers that can assist you with information on these four.

Also see if there is a LDS Family History Center near you to make an appointment to use their records and assistance.
