I am a gggg grandson of David DENTON and his wife Rachel SCHOLL of Barren Co, KY. Their first child, William (b 1799), was my ggg grandfather. Information that I have is that William married Elizabeth CHRISTIAN in Barren Co, KY on Jan. 7, 1823. I have just recently found a statement that says William married Elizabeth POLLARD. I have not actually seen the original marriage record. Could someone confirm the marriage of William DENTON to Elizabeth CHRISTIAN? Did he at a later date marry Elizabeth POLLARD? Thanks in advance for any help that anyone can give.
