Hi everyone. I am Albion's Historian (NOT RELATED), Albion, Michigan, Calhoun County. Here in Riverside cemetery there is buried an Ira Chester Denton, born in Norwood, Mich on May 23, 1884, died in Charlevoix, Mich on Sept 20, 1972. He was the son of Chester and Maria (VanNurman) Denton. Ira was a postal clerk here in Albion for many years. His wife Pearl (Miller) Denton (1882-1964) is also buried here. She was salutatorian of the Albion College Class of 1903 and was a school teacher. The Dentons are buried i Block 112, Lot 37. I hope this information helps someone.
