I have that William J. Dent M. Mary ?, resided in boone county WV in 1850 ..at that time William was 36, and a farmer, and Mary was 31...they had 5 chicldren at that time..
John Dent 10
Chapman Dent 8
Garland Dent 5
Nancy Dent 3
Minervi Dent 2 months..
In the census it listed that Mary dent was the only one that could read or write...

Also at that same time I have a Pleasant Dent(26 farmer) and Willis Dent(18 farmer) living in the same area
